This was the highlight of 2022. My Dad started wal This was the highlight of 2022. My Dad started walking at the end of last year, after preferring a wheelchair for over a decade. He even started "jogging*" 😱😮😊, which is kinda crazy, and also lost a little weight. I'm really proud of his progress. But even more impressive than his progress, was how hardworking, motivated and persistent he was during this exercise, just like his young self. 😎 Thanks @mastersaumik for all your help, guidance and expertise. He couldn't have done it without you.

This is also my first week back at calisthenic to an unsurprisingly pathetic rep count but a surprisingly cheerful reaction (my own). 😊 Been busy poking my nose into other people's lives. After my Dad, my next "project" was PSLE prep for an athletically gifted boy (read: not-too-crazy about studying). My own stuff continue to require sorting and editing. So it's not like I've been sitting around twiddling my thumbs. I'm starting to come to terms, even appreciate, for now, the fact that the only consistent thing about me is my inconsistency. Oh Amsterdam! What can I say? Life's too short? Ea Oh Amsterdam! What can I say? Life's too short? Eat that brownie, lick that cone, vape that Cola(!), kidnap that puppy, workouts can wait? Loved my stay @bunkhotels, such a beautiful space. And had the best time of my life cycling around the city on a Gazelle on @bobanjamesphotographer recommendation. Many thanks to @adechong for organising such good clean 😉activities, and @angiwen et al for being such good company. I don't have everyone's handles, but I liked everyone (for a change, hehe) What a blast!
